    Default Lunch time

This photo was difficult, because of the strong light and the little time I had to prepare it. This was the best I could do. Please tell me what do you think.

I like it, especially the various patches of colour. Great leading lines to the birds with that hint of action. Great bird silhouette.

Great photo. Awesome exposure for this difficult lighting situation. I love the pigeon with wings spread and the slight blur in his wingtips, the shadows add some great drama, and it has just enough color in it to keep interest, but not so much as to distract. The image also has some wonderful textures. However, the arms coming out of the wall between the man and the pipe are distracting, as well as the red and green object hanging in blackness above the sign in the upper left corner and the light colored stripe to its right (not sure what it is). I also think it would be a stronger image if it was cropped just under the flying birds shadow.

I would clone out the dangly thing. Otherwise ..well done. Love seeing the bird in flight.

My mistake has been seeking new landscapes. I should have been seeking new light.

Did you tried to make it B&W ?
I think that would look beautiful in B&W with a nice gray tonalities.

Good job for this photo !
