    try B & W. it will make it more dramatic.

    Actually I do like the BW version better. A rarity for me. I think the date on the sign and the BW just kind of go together and the BW helps to hides the blown out cloud as well.

    Looks like you used a polarizer which has kinda given the sky a bit too much gradient. You might try backing the blues off a bit in the colour version. Maybe clone those two little puffs of cloud out in the top right corner as well.

    I like the B&W better (but I do like B&W photography). I also like the light in the cloud but I mght play with the contrast a bit.
