Great centre of interest and the photo fits together well with the sepia colour, the large tree and tire, and what might be interpretted as the back end of another older truck in the distance.

I would tend to do some minor photoshopping to take out the two vertical stripes above the roof of the truck at the left and the rock or whatever it is through the back of the truck window at the left bottom.

Other than that, a very well composed shot, given, I am sure the limitations in the environment.

It's interesting what elements are distracting to other viewers. I REALLY like this shot. As Tegan said, the sepia works very well and this shot is well composed.

For me, the only distraction I find is that bright area right behind the ladder;It seems to be stealing my attention and if it were my shot, Id burn it in quite a bit. Aside from that small comment, this is a wonderful shot.
