Actually, I didn't crop any of these photos. Let's just say they are going on stools next time!!

When I say something like "... the chin is cropped" it doesn't necessarily mean I think you cropped it in PP. I simply mean that one way or another (whether by PP or how you composed the shot originally) it is cropped.

Is it okay to cut out hair or should I have the hair and face completely in there?

In the first one I would think of cutting the hair. Only because of the DOF.

Good laaaawd the child can't even pick the right colour for his complexion or eye colour!!
