Good concepts again. I love the ideas your throwing out. You can tell your starting to create images instead of just snapping away. I like the first one the best here. My attention is really drawn to the mask in the foreground. However, its out of focus, so your sent to the image between the mask to look at another figure. Great idea! However, you are probably already aware of the highlight area to the right of the face. Its really distracting. I might try burning the highlighted area, and dodging the face to draw a little more attention to it.
The exposure in the second one seems a little dark to me. Even with the correct exposure, I like the first.

Photography is more than just taking a picture and freezing the action, or leaving the shutter open. It is more than orchestrating the image with the stroke of a brush. Its the realization and explanation that reality is an isolated experience in which only a specific individual can comprehend during any given time period. - Your Truly!

Cool idea. I am going to say 1 is my favorite because you know right away that you are looking at a mask or totem pole and then you *get* that the eye is another totem pole. If it was me I would be back there a few times working on this composition. It is an interesting one.

I have to go again to the Museum of Anthropology and lay down on the floor to get a better angle.
The thing is that I can't now, because they let us taking pictures with "big cameras" and tripods only if something scheduled by a photo club etc.
If, I'm going by myself they will say that I'm prospecting for a terrorist group ))
This is what is happening in downtown right now. You may take photos of buildings only with an official badge, commercial one.

Sounds a little on the crazy side to me. While I was walking downtown in Toledo, many people thought what I was doing was interesting. Not only that we have one of the worlds best Art Museums here in town. It is free too. A very interesting place. I dont usually go unless I have a lady friend to take with however.

That pretty much sums it up for me too.

Excellent idea. I really like the concept here; my preference is for number two. I think the broken beak adds just that little bit. Overall, I think they're just a bit dark, a quick levels/curves tweak, and maybe a [very] slight saturation boost could really make these pop.
