I'm too enamoured by the beauty of this place to concentrate on the photo itself too much.
But since that's the reason for the forum...On my monitor(which tends to be a bit bright) I think I can see where you have burned it the clouds. Partly because I know where MA(??) recommend you burn in and also because I can see a halo around the tree, also a brightish line in the clouds. I think it is better though. Maybe just tone it down or "feather" the edge a bit more.
I would be inclined to crop the tree out.

I agree with cropping the tree out on the left. It would only be a minor crop. I like the contrast of the skies, but Im worried that it might just be a little too dark over there. I think it is a nice job and a beautiful place. Good work.

Photography is more than just taking a picture and freezing the action, or leaving the shutter open. It is more than orchestrating the image with the stroke of a brush. Its the realization and explanation that reality is an isolated experience in which only a specific individual can comprehend during any given time period. - Your Truly!
Looks good Greg.
Improvements in my opinion would be ...
Crop out the tree on the left as Antz said,
Burn in the clouds on the left to make them much heavier and threatening,
Lighten the centre of the image, the tree line is all a bit dark,
Clone out the humans and there building etc,
I think having the shoreline right across the front would be nicer.
Antz ... come around and borrow our Spider Pro3 and calibrate your monitor if you want.
