Photography is more than just taking a picture and freezing the action, or leaving the shutter open. It is more than orchestrating the image with the stroke of a brush. Is that taken with a lensbaby?
Here's a couple more shots at different angles...I removed the glow effect does that make it better or worse? I thought the buildings might be distracting, that's why I added it to the first photo. I liked the way the light played on it when I saw it.

I think you were right with the first image. The blown sky in the second one is way too distracting. In the thrird, I like the sharpness, but it tells too much. I kind of like being left wondering what this is.
