    Unhappy Do I need retouching my photo?

    I'm confused about some of my photos , do I need retouching them or not ? Although I'm not a good photo editor but now a days I'm working in a Image processing company so they provide me for free... lol , anyway back to the point please critique my photos and advice me do I need retouching?

    Welcome photo trims!

    Since you are looking for critique - here goes.
    These are casual photos that do not need retouching, they needed better planning at the outset .
    There isn't much of a connection/engagement here - Both pictures show the participants with no interesting facial expressions and in the group shot one of the people isn't even looking at the camera.
    In terms of where these subjects are positioned, that too could be much improved.

    I agree with Marko--these read as snapshots, particularly the second. We don't generally do retouching on snapshots. I'd recommend focusing on better setting up your shots (posing, choosing a background, lighting ).
