Can't decide if this shot has any worth. Is it a "Guess you had to be there" shot or does it stand on its own?

Hmmm...I'm not to sure where I stand with the photo..all I can think is it looks like a great place to do some fun photos with people!!!
I like it. Can you return and slow down the shutter speed to get the water to soften up? I think if you did, that would make the shot.
E510 or E3 ?
E-3....A very wet E-3 at the end of the day

I like everything about this shot, but the pipe is a bit too centered for my taste. If there is any detail in the black pipe, dodging it might add even more interest. TT's slow shutter suggestion is also a good one.
