The composition is very nice. That's some very popular real estate!
I think you've gone a tad too far with the HDR though. I can see some halo between rock and sky, and the process seems to have made some of the colours in the rock look a bit odd also. It has also robbed us of some of the shadows that would add some contrast and help highlight the lighter sections of rock.
The sharpening is also a little too much as well. We all see flocks of birds often and this flying hoard doesn't feel right. Some of those birds should be less sharp.
My opinion and I'm sticking to it... hoping it helps anyway
