Other than the need of being able to see a little more detail in the small area to the right of the eye, I’d say very nicely done.
great capture - birds are tough to get sitting still! i'd maybe do as others say, dodge for detail & sharpen up that eye, and also maybe try to clone out the shadow under his tail, where theres a dark curve on the metal bar? so that line would be nice & sleek.
What a cute little bird! It's a great shot, good job.

It's a great shot. Is it a sparrow? Or is Pine Siskin the name of this bird? It looks like the sparrows we get over here but yours seems to have done his hair up for the night.
