It's a nice scene. For me the top half is way stronger and livelier than the bottom half though.
Also imo, the long exposure aspect of the image isn't super evident (probably because the actual shutter speed wasn't that long) so for me, maybe it wasn't the best idea to include that aspect as part of the title.

I think I would have liked to see more rocks in the frame as they seem interesting to me. A lower angle might help with that.
