Nice B&W tones. You may have been able to get the whites a bit more white however the softer tones work here as well.
Very good sharpness as well.
I think less sky and more reflection (of the sky) would have added more interest. It feel cut off at the bottom.
Was there something to the right that forced you to frame this in this way? It appears that if the shot were more to the right it may have worked better I think.

This shot was taken in a somewhat circular shaped harbour.
I could have given the reflection a little bit more but the rocky shoreline would have shown up in the photo.
I personally enjoy the dramatic sky and how it leads you to the bridge in the distance.
To the right is a large building and the seawall which didn't spark my interest at the time. I definitely agree with your feedback that it should be a little more to the right.
Definitely will keep that in mind when I pass by that location again.
