Awesome shot. I really like the lighting in this. There is one critique I would have. In the upper left corner of the shot, you can see the corner of the room. I would definitly crop that out. Maybe even crop the upper third of the image. Maybe rework the eye a bit(This is something I will always do after a recent podcast from marko ;-) After that, this image should be an award winner. Nice work. Would love to see more from this shoot.

Photography is more than just taking a picture and freezing the action, or leaving the shutter open. It is more than orchestrating the image with the stroke of a brush. Its the realization and explanation that reality is an isolated experience in which only a specific individual can comprehend during any given time period. - Your Truly!

    I don't mind the shot.

I would crop the photo a bit. I find that there is too much "nothing" space. But that is just preference. I do have a little problem with her left eye..guess the right eye on my screen. I wish I could see a bit more of it. Maybe her head tilled a bit more towards the light.

I'd like to see more shots too!

    I do like the concept.

I think there is too much nothing space. I would do a much tighter drop. It also look a little oof. The lighting is a little to contrasty. Would love to see more of the project

My mistake has been seeking new landscapes. I should have been seeking new light.

great thoughts all - thanks for the feedback. too funny that i totally didnt see that corner of ceiling... im usually pretty crazy when it comes to cropping out little things like that - thanks for the 2nd set of eyes... the lighting is all natural from a window... ive reworked the cropping & played with the eye a bit more here...

The crop is better. I would still remove from the top and I would also try cropping a little left too.
