Love the picture of the doll. The picture of the bridge is nice. The sepia tones work well but its difficult to look at sitting next to the doll. The black and white conversion makes an excellent choice for this. There is a definite vintage feel to this. Although there seems to be some blown out highlights on my screen, it seems to add to the picture. It is kind of a distraction, along flower, but the contrast between the white and the face seems to make me happy.
The bridge, it is compositionally nice. Nothing much of a "WOW" factor, but sometimes that is not necessary. Less is more as Mr. Aussie has said, it seems to work here. A simple bridge over a small water source. Add a little foliage on the other side and voila. It is a good picture, nice and simple. Good but not great. Still worth holding on to.

Photography is more than just taking a picture and freezing the action, or leaving the shutter open. It is more than orchestrating the image with the stroke of a brush. Its the realization and explanation that reality is an isolated experience in which only a specific individual can comprehend during any given time period. - Your Truly!
