These were shot at a rest area just outside of Galena, IL. Thoughts?
Overall, these are fairly nice shots which seem to be exposed fairly well as I like the lighting though I would like a little more detail in the trees if I could get it. My critique is mostly around composition.
1) Nice shot. Good use of rule of thirds. I like the repeating posts. I kinda wish the road didn't lead my eye away from the tree.
2) Don't like the parking lot at all as I think it takes away from the photo. The partial tree on the left is distracting.
3) Much like number 2 where I find the partial tree on the left is distracting as is the road on the right.
4) I like this one except for the placement of the tree as I find it kind of boring being in the centre like that.

Exposure, lighting and colour are good in all the shots. For me the first shot is the strongest based on the composition. You'll find you'll get better critiques if you post only one or 2 shots per thread.
