Took this one last year and I was wondering what would make it better. I kinda like it but I think there is something missing.
I like the premise of this shot but it needs some help. First and foremost, this image is overexposed (too bright) but could be corrected in a graphics program like photoshop.
The second point are the distractions like the branch entering at the top left and the green leaf. These couls be eliminated by careful cloning in photohop.
You should look at Dwayne's work on this forum for inspiration. He is doing some fab work lately in this genre.

Thanks for the tips. Picasa worked like a charm. Added a little shadow and did a little retouching.... Better?
