    Default Deadman's Creek - Trans-Canada Trail

    Here's one I'd be interested in getting some feedback on:

    Camera: Nikon D70S
    Shutter: 1/20 sec (Tripod)
    Exposure: Manual
    F-Stop: f/13.0
    ISO: 200
    Focal Length: 18mm
    Lens: 10mm - 20mm Sigma f/4.0-5.6
    Metering: Pattern

    BW conversion in Photoshop CS3.

    In a word - - GREAT
    Personally I love it - - wish their was anything live in the shot .. any animal at all.. but none the less it is just beautiful I think.

    Nice image, good composition, and exposure, but I'm not fussed about the treatment. Yellow snow doesn't work for me; I'd much prefer black & white.

    This is VERY well done!
    I don't see yellow here....It looks sepiaish on my monitor.

    MVT - is there a cast on your monitor? if so what colour?

    Thanks All. Hi Marko, yes it's sepia toned. No colour cast on my monitor (at least I don't think so). I calibrate monthly

    This one rocks !

    good

    -very nice comp
    -great mood (sepia tone works well here)
    -great water reflection
    -good contrast and detail
    -good exposure

    nit

    -tree cut off far left of photo
