Hi Anuj,

I don't mind your crop at all.
If this were mine though I would have focused on the water, not the 2 people in near silhouette.
I find their casual gesture is a distraction and the fact that they are sharper than the water spray (the main attraction imo) brings too much attention to them. I would have waited for them to leave actually.

Had their gestures been more interesting, (pensive) it would have made the shot stronger, but here I think they distract because it looks like they are just casually talking about what they had for lunch instead of being impressed by the fab scene in front of them. Just my 2 cents - hope it may help.

I agree with Marko that your composition (cropping wise) is good, and with the people in the photo.

As for the waterfall itself, i feel that the exposure time should be EITHER very fast (to freeze all of the droplets; 1/320 second or faster), or slow (from 1/6 sec - 2 seconds, or even up to 30seconds depending on your tastes - I like long exposures myself). To me, anything in between begins to look distracting, or gives your photo the impression that it's not sharp, even though your focus was right on.

Background is spectacular, though. Great job with the shot!!!

I was trying to get sharper water fall but they were dark so i kept slower shutter speed, I initially dint realize but people standing there are killing the beauty of the fall..

Those people standing there were our guide(locals)...climbing there was a piece of cake for them, Thats y they look so casual, we on the other hand were covered in wet mud n sweating though it was raining,

Thank you very much for your comments, greatly appreciated and really really helpful....will try to keep them in mind next time when i am doing nature photography...
