    Hi AO

    I think the focus, contrat and colour are bang on. There is something about the centre flower's orientation and the missing petals that detract from the photo. IMO if it wasn't there the shot would be perfect.

    i personally love this photo, i like the flower in the back, i think it give the dof a really interesting effect, it makes the flowers appear to be coming out of the picture, 3d effect i guess. the colours really ad to it aswell, very HD like
    one of the more intense flower pictures ive seen lol very nicley done!

    I'm agreeing with EJC; I'd like to see the centre flower oriented more toward the camera, other than the image is excellent.

    Thank you for your comments, I agree that the centre flower could use a better orientation, unfortunately these were flowers growing out of a ground in a yard. I should mention that this photo is done outside in natural light.
    I was blessed with a cloudy day which gave me a nice defused light to photograph this. No reflectors or anything else used.
