Has a real grungy feel about it.
I agree with MA. Much of Canada looks grungy when the snow is finally starting to leave.

A painter takes their vision and makes it a reality. A photographer takes reality and makes it their vision.
The reflected light and the B&W treatment make this shot. Very cool.
I like this rendition VERY much! The only think I would do here is burn all 4 corners by 10-20%. The left corners need it the most imo, then the top right corner then the bottom right. That would complete the image for me.

"You have to milk the cow quite a lot, and get plenty of milk to get a little cheese." Henri Cartier-Bresson from The Decisive Moment.
I like it too. Quite HDRish, especially the shadows on the row of shop fronts on the left.
It looks like you've applied a white vignette?
Beautiful beautiful filter and image.
"I suddenly understood that a photograph could fix eternity in an instant." - Henri Cartier Bresson
Thanks for the comments, all! It is a white vignette, Marko and Tim, so that is easily removed. Bambi, that part of downtown is a bit grungy all the time.
