Well, although it has an unnatural colour to the sky it totally works. I really like the softness of the waves against the sharpness of the foreground. This is really good work!
You could maybe burn in some of those bright spots in the seaweed.
Whether you do or not ... it's printable in my book!
This was a very enjoyable photo to examine. Lots of detail in the foreground and back ground. I really like that the water is clear to the bottom in the shallows, yet blurred in the waves. Nice time exposure. Thanks for sharing it.

I can't add much to MA's appraisal but I do find it a little too bright on the left hand side. Otherwise, it's a very nice ocean shot. I'd print it too!
