I noticed these lights as I walked by from photographing something else. I thought they were quite pretty.

That's really nice - and you've done a pretty good job at framing and composing the scene to avoid too much clutter - often, these kinds of shots are difficult to simplify enough to make a strong composition, because there's usually so much fighting for attention. Nice job!
