    I think you found the more interesting scene lurking at closer to a 70mm focal length within your original 24mm focal length choice. It appears cropping in so much has necessitated some extensive processing which is a shame as now we see an image rather than a photo. Composition wise I like your crop very much.

    Thank you for the input Marko
    I have read somewhere that a telephoto is usually better for mountain scenes than a uwa... lesson learned!
