Cool sign!!
When there are words in the picture, the shot is usually about the words...so If it were mine I'd take the humourous approach and crop just a bit into the words so that it literally does not fit the picture.
I'd also burn in the top part and up the contrast overall. Just my 2 cents - Hope that helps - Marko

Marko - Thanks for the thoughts. I have re-cropped the photos (below). Where can I find the legendary Marko's Podcasts?

I think I would crop on the right side as well. That building is a distraction.
If I cropped the right side I think that I would lose the feel of the building to which this display is located. The Library in the background has been used for a couple movies including an Arnold Swareneger film.
