Beautiful shot! Love the reflections and texture in the water. Great example of leading lines, diagonals and rule of thirds. Nice work.

Ditto on JAS's comment. Love the colour palette as well.
On critique ... not much to say at all really. Maybe been sharpened a bit too much as I can see some artifacts appearing around the wire stays under the pier. Possibly could have use da slightly higher aperture or shutter speed to get that blown out building lights down a bit. But after saying all that, it's really a very good shot as is.
