I'm no expert but isn't the water supposed to be UNDER the boat?
From a photographic point of view it looks as though you have an well defined subject and it looks as though you tried to place it on one of the thirds a la rule of thirds? The problem though is what part of the boat should be at that third as it still feels a little wonky to me. I think there should be a little less bush at the top of the image which would have the effect of moving the boat up higher in the image. I think this is where it belongs. The exposure looks pretty good but I think it could stand a bit of contrast adjustment.
I think this is overall quite good. The exposure is good, and the perspective is also well chosen to show the whole boat and include the mush inside it. Good detail left in the white areas.
There is a weed right on the bow I would have snapped off as it's a bit distracting and also the blue thing in the top left corner needs to be cloned out or I'd have adjusted my angle a tad to exclude it.
Apart from that I think it's good.
