Pretty capture, Taffy!
Very nice capture, the leading lines of the shore with the highlights in the clouds move your eye in a pleasant fashion around the image. The long exposure gives an interesting texture to the water. Even though the horizon splits the frame the balance of sky to water works well. Possible areas for improvement: the clouds just above the hill could be a little darker to prevent pulling your eye there. Overall an excellent photo well executed.
I might add that the curve of the shoreline is, as Greg said, a great leading line to the lighthouse, but I'd have liked to see it not disappear at the right of frame if possible. Apart from that it's a lovely shot.
I find it a really nice photo and not sure I would do anything to it.

can't add anymore other than what the others have said - I like this, nicely done!
