It's a snapshot. There is nothing 'outstanding' about this image. I am not sure if you could have tried to change the composition a bit, or give the viewer something to marvel about. So it is an abondoned trailer; maybe using the torn siding a bit more as an eye-catcher could have helped. I also find it soft overall ... with flat light.

First off, I don't want to rent it!! LOL
the softness could be if it was compressed during upload. I can see why you took it. I might try an aged look to the photo- sepia or B&W, maybe a texture, tearing the edges. I don't think it's dead in the water, just not finished

A painter takes their vision and makes it a reality. A photographer takes reality and makes it their vision.
I'm in agreement with Bambi here. I see tons of potential if this were to become a sepia or black and white more than I see it as a colour photograph. I think if you were to convert it to black and white or sepia, give it a bit of an "old" feel with some grain and some vignetting, it might be a completely different image.

I can certainly see why you shot it as it looks like a cool subject. The focus is a little off or the JPG compression is a little heavy - 75% according to the embedded comment - what's your EXIF information for this one? Matt's assessment that "It's a snapshot" probably comes from the fact that it looks like you were in the same position anyone else would have been in had they taken the shot. You might have gotten a more visually interesting angle on this one if you had gotten closer to the ground or up in a tree.
The sharpness looks off but that could be from the forum software. Other then that I like this photo, the composition and colours.
