"You have to milk the cow quite a lot, and get plenty of milk to get a little cheese." Henri Cartier-Bresson from The Decisive Moment.
Technically, you've nailed it. The exposure is spot on, great lighting, good composition. The only thing that bothers me is his expression which seems angry. It seems totally unsuited to the image.
Focus and exposure on the man are right on and I have no problem with the expression and the eyes are good too. It looks like perhaps he is thinking about something that he has read.
I would suggest a slightly wider focal length or smaller f stop to sharpen the book a little more.

"Photographic art requires the technical aspects of photography and the design aspects of art, both at an outstanding level."
Thanks for the critiques guys!

I agree with Tirediron.... the expression seems unrelated to the book... it looks more of murderous nature.... chilling....
looks like he must be reading that "Men are from Mars and Women are from Venus" hit from the late 90's..lol..
technically it is obvious the shot has been aced

lol - looks like he doesnt quite 'get it'...
great technique on the photo marko! beautiful lighting & texture on the skin & face & hair..
this is the same model as you used in some other shots (cant remembr exactly, but i think he was wearing a helmet) and i think the expression is somewhat all his own... like the build of his lips/mouth makes him look scowly or something, then the burrowed brows enhance it.
