It's way to time consuming and difficult to critique more than one or two photos at a time. I recommend you edit the post and remove all but one or maybe two and I'll be happy to make some suggestions based on my limited knowledge of photography but I won't do 8, sorry.

Some really nice head shots, but since it is the Pride March, I would like to see more eccentric characters in the environment. I am sure they have floats and cars etc. that would give the photos more context. That being said, the last shot is a real nice portrait shot especially.
