    Hi,

I'm looking for a monopod for my little camera.
    I have a T4i and a 70-200mm L F4 lens.
Will the monopod be able to handle the weight?

Sure looks like it. Your camera setup says it's only about 3lbs, and the monopod says it can hold up to 17lbs.

Go to a store that sells it. Put your camera on it and see if the height works for you.
Buying a tripod/monopod without testing its height to see if it works for your body, can be a costly error.
