    Default Free beauty dish, just add glue.

    So I got a little bored at the house and decided to make myself a beauty dish for my speedlight. I cut some pieces out of a cardboard box, and glued tinfoil to it. Then I formed the dish and taped the corners together. The center reflector is held up by bamboo skewers, duct tape, and hot glue. For the most part I would say it's successful, though I don't have a real beauty dish to compare it to. Below are some pictures of the dish and a sample of it compared to other light modifiers.

    Love the DIY stuff. Cool share and that's quite an interesting subject for testing different lighting conditions.

    Believe it or not I stuffed him in one of my high school classes. It was a very hands on class!
