I couldn't pull the trigger on the 7D. I stood there holding it and just couldn't do it. So I got the 60D w/ EF-S 18-135 IS lens

Congrats AT. I'm sure you will be very happy with the 60D and can't wait to see some pictures from it.

By the way I completely understand your dilemma. I'm going through exactly the same thing. I'm on the fence between the 7D and 60D but leaning towards the 7D. I almost pulled the trigger about a week ago. Vistek here in Canada had the 7D body on for $1299 (Canadian and US dollars are currently about equal). Common sense got the better of me. Better pay off my debts before I add to them. But in a few months it will be BUY time and I will back in the same dilemma.

I also wanted the 7D, but opted for the 60D due to money reasons. It's a very nice camera, and the swivel screen is very useful! I have the EF-S 15-85mm lens on mine. Can't say much bad about the camera, but I do wish I had a faster lens for low light.
