Marko, still have the 30D?

I'm getting caught up on all the old podcasts. I listened to the first few today & got to the one where you bought your canon 30D. that is the camera I have. I bought it used from someone on another forum 3 months ago. Is this still the one you use?

Yup still have the 30D along with 3 zooms. A superwide - a 28-75 and a 70-200.

I really like this camera though I have my sites on a new body within 1 year. The 30D is my first digital camera and I'm VERY happy I choose that model instead of spending an extra 1-3 thousand for more bells.

i started worrying if i bought the right camera last week. as i learn more i'm understanding the difference between having a full vs cropped sensor. but, then i heard 3 different pro photographers talk about their 30D on podcasts. so that made me feel very good about my choice.

i have my sights on a used 5d a few years down the road i'd love to be able to shoot short videos. or maybe by then there will be something else out. but, i'm so happy with my "new-to-me" 30D.
