    Default Jose on Lake Titicaca

Hi everyone, it's been a while. Had a busy summer and autumn, including a trip to Peru. I still haven't made it through all of the photos from the trip, but I've been slowly working at them. Here's one from Lake Titicaca--we stayed the overnight on a fairly remote peninsula in the town of Llachon. The next day we took a small motor boat to the Uros Island and the Taquile. This is a shot of the nice fellow, Jose, that took us around the lake.

Really nice image jason - I dig the comp.
If I'm critiquing, image feels a bit too dark to me. I think if it were mine, I'd try to lighten the face a bit to bring out more detail - I might even add 5-10% exposure to the whole image, which might also do the trick. (then I'd reburn or remask as needed..like on the boat's edge at lower right.) Hope that may help.
