    Default B&W Challenge

    A friend had a photo walk challenge today. We went out from 6:00pm to 8:00pm and shot in JPG mode in B&W only. Here are some of my results:

    The one with the little girl and the umbrella would have been unbelievable if you didn't capture the left side of the image at the white wall.

    I really like the bicycle one as well.

    Thanks. I agree. She was cute enough I had to share this one even though I didn't get the shot I had wanted. I had just finished a bunch of panning shots with a slow shutter speed and my 18-55mm kit lens and this little girl was walking along behind her mom and sister and playing with her umbrella. She was super cute and I so wish I had had my 70-300mm with me but alas, I shot what I had and this was reasonably interesting.

    Really great set. I know you love your colour, but the B & W does really suit your style of street photography (IMO). Your other shots on google+ are strong as well.

    Another vote for the little girl, but also really liking the panning cyclist.

    Agree totally with RM that b&w matches your street photo style perfectly.
    Reality is a nice place to visit, but I wouldn't want to live there!
