This is really nice! I like the shadowing on the church, and it looks really strong having the top of the tree on the same level as the top of the church.

Nice shot, quite dreamy.
I'll have to take a little different approach and say that it is a nice shot, but to me the church is competing with the tree.
I'll agree with Lorey, for me the tree is competing against the (very nice) church. I also find the overall framing quite tight, I would have liked to see a bit more space around the edges. Especially at the top where they both seem a bit cramped, and some more space on the left might make the church the more dominant subject. Are small parts of the church blown out? Still, a good mono conversion, plus it's nice and sharp.
