Great shot on your son in the foreground but I'm not digging the image being titled "My Sons" and one of them is out of focus. I would try cropping it maybe 1/2 through the face of your son in the background to keep the viewer's eye on the sunglasses, which seems to be the main focus of the image.
Does this make sense? I'm not trying to put your image down, but when I see the title "My Sons", I was expecting a portrait style image of your sons, not just one.
This is a very casual portrait - I dig it actually. Love the selective focus. I'd burn in the bright spot on the t-shirt to take attention away from it. Crop through the ear bugs me a bit but aside from that I find it quite interesting.

i like the reflection in the sunglasses i know its not the focal point but thats what keeps catching my eye. i also have to agree with the other 2 posts for the most part.
interesting comp and perspective- I like it.

Like that image. Actually selective focus tell me a story.
