Default Through the gates of the Castle of Fasil.

    Hey all,
I took this one from my visit to an old castle in the North of the country. I was trying to compose for the gates and this boy jumped in. What do you think?

I also have some more pictures coming up.

Hi Yisehaq, I like where you going with this - but I would like a little more symmetry (balanced amounts of the gate in the foreground showing on each side) and the image seems slightly tilted to the right.

I like the color a lot better because the boy is kind of lost in the sepia one, plus, you may want to try and clone out the hose/pipe on right side of arch.

I agree w/Ed on the slope and see you've corrected it nicely.

I like both corrections - they are very different and I like the colour one for the cuteness and the monochrome one for the vintage look.

I think my preference is monochrome one. I also find that the boy standing there looking out helps make the image.

I really love the monochrome re-edit. I like the 2 layers of arches and 2 layers of doors. The symmetry being broken by the boy in door realy works for me.
I welcome all critique and comments on any of my photos
