    I think this picture tells a story very well. It is evocative of the time and place. I like the cropping of the singer. Cutting off part of the guitar leaves something to the imagination and involves the viewer a bit more.

    intresting pic i keep looking at it and wondering what the story is. so i got to ask what is the idea behind the locks?

    Called "Love Padlocks."
    People and Tourists in Paris, France attach locks to this bridge with heartfelt messages on each one such as, “I’ll meet you in Heaven.” Or, just a simple, “I Love you.” Along with initials. They do this to eternalize their messages on the bridge and let others come along and read them. This man was singing “Heart Shaped Box” By Nirvana.
