Was sitting on a job site today waiting to be able to get out and had this view of the most noticeable feature in town, the gold steeple of North Georgia College admin building. That is real local gold it is covered in and a bit of history is that the building sits on the foundation of a coin mint that was built here during the gold rush. Find one of those coins made there and you find a chunk of change!



Might try a bit of selective color on the steeple when I get some more time.

I like the idea of this, but the shot seems underexposed and muddy. What was your conversion process? Seems to me the church tower should be white.

I agree w/WD, shot is quite dark, more than a full stop of underexposure.

Used Nik Silver Effects. The tower is white, problem I had was when I would get it close to white, the gold roof would loose all detail.
