    Default Charge!

Charge! by Dan Newcomb Photography, on Flickr
It was a cold day but I figured I should go out and find something to shoot on my half day off last week. I found a few horses in a field running around and playing in a snow covered field. It was interesting as there were two deer eating the horse hay and every 10 minutes or so the horse would run at them and scare them off. This is one of the horses. I didn't crop this, this is how it turned out as the horse came a little close. I was using my 300mm lens so I couldn't zoom out. I figured I would just keep shooting as it filled the frame.

Sometimes you just have play the cards you are dealt. I'd crop this tighter on the nostrils if it were mine. Hope you don't mind me saying that. I like it though.
