Interesting old place.
It's the former home of Sir Harry Oaks (family business owns a good chunk of prime real estate in the falls tourist district) who was murdered down in the islands some years ago. Now the offices of the Niagara Parks Board.

Very nice Ed. Really like the lighting/shadows. I really love the night architectural shots, as it shows so much detail.
Reality is a nice place to visit, but I wouldn't want to live there!
