Nice BW and processing here and good overall composition! You have eliminated distractions - nicely done.

My main niggle here would be the lack of interaction between between subject and viewer and that we don't see enough of her face. For me, it makes this a very casual (though nicely done) portrait instead of an engaging portrait if that makes sense.
