Closing Sale...Everything Must Go!
Greetings guys
With all of the fervour surrounding the 85 1.4 AF-S, I decided to go for a walk this morning with my 85 1.4 AF-D. It's still so much better a lens than I am a photographer, that I don't see myself placing my name on a list for the AF-S.
I think we all need to ask ourselves: will the "new" version improve our photography? I suspect that the answer in almost every case will be no.

People are so quick to jump at and purchase new products. It's amazing how many "flaws and weaknesses" have all of a sudden surfaced with this legendary lens in the last few days since the announcement. Consumers are so fickle.
