Thanks, Iggy and M.A. I was using a polarizer yesterday but this shot was taken late in the day and I had it off. Funny how the sky is bluer then the photos taken with it. I guess it is because the sun was low and reflected off the buildings while the brightness of the sky was deepening because of the low sun. I used levels to darken down the west face of the buildings on the right as they were a couple of stops brighter then the rest of the scene. and of course all that glass and granite just reflects the blue sky.
