Wow, great shot. Love the red. I wonder, was this supposed to be a float home? The substructure kinda indicates it had been moved, or was to be moved ... just curious

This building was in one of the scenes of the recent movie Amelia, although they somehow got the location wrong and said it was Newfoundland ;-)

thanks Matt. Isn't the colour great? The substructure is to ensure that it's above the water when the tide comes in. It's been there a while but I can't tell you how long 'cause this was my first trip to Stonehurst.
lol I've watched a few movies where I saw scenes from Chester and Lunenburg but they were supposed to be somewhere else.
