Thankfully this looks like most certainly was approved and commissioned by the Broken City Social Club as it is all on their property and done by the same artist but good to know in the future...thanks.

These artists are very talented. Hopefully they put there talents to good use when they grow up such as film or gaming animators.

....if it was commissioned then the photographer should obviously be let go.
If it was not commissioned...then for me, it's vandalism by the artist and photog, despite the great artwork (if the photog was there expressly to document the artwork/vandalism).
If the photog was not related to the artists and just happened to be walking by, then he should be let go.
