The first one. The greens as contrast, and the red flowers echoing the color of the hydrant. In the second, the bright spots are just a little to bright to my eye, though I like the color of the hydrant.
both are nice but the first one 'pops' more.

They are quite cool the both of them; personally tho - shot 1 for me please. The brighter areas are distracting for me.
